Suzhou Titan Information Technology Co., Ltd.Founded in Suzhou, we initially provided IT operations and network maintenance services to local small and medium-sized enterprises. Through long-term collaboration with manufacturing clients, we realized that what businesses truly need is not isolated repair services, but an integrated capability spanning equipment, networks, data centers, and office systems.
Accordingly, the company established a low-voltage construction team and an industrial software development department, creating four business lines: host computer software development, IT operations services, low-voltage engineering, and OA office systems. These four lines operate under a unified project management framework, allowing clients to coordinate with a single project manager to fulfill diverse needs ranging from production line data collection to data center infrastructure.
We primarily serve manufacturing enterprises, growing small and medium-sized businesses, and institutional clients. Regardless of project size, we follow a consistent process: site survey → proposal development → approval → implementation → delivery with complete documentation → post-service support per contract terms.
We believe the value of IT services lies not in how complex the solution is, but in whether it runs reliably on-site, operates stably over the long term, and has clear accountability when issues arise.
